-La Marsa:Baby scallops and shrimp in a turmeric, lemon zest & capers cream sauce.

-Bathinjan Mehchi: Eggplant Stuffed w/ rice,mixed veg, dry mint &Tunisian spices topped W cheese (Vegan w/no cheese)

-Grilled branzino: Kefteji mix, parsley sauce, garlic & olive oil                                       

-Chicken tagine: potato, shallots, peppers, olives, preserved lemon& turmeric sauce.                        

-Lamb tagine: potato, shallots, artichoke, peppers, preserved lemon& turmeric sauce                          

-Jilbena: Sweet peas stew with carrots potato, olives,artichokes,sweet pepper,tomato & turmeric sauce .(vegan) 

3rd course

Crima:Orange blossom water custard with pistachio , almond & hazelnut

Baklava:Hazelnut, almond, orange blossom water & honey syrup
